Who is responsible

What this site uses

For optional analytics and advertising tracking, this website currently uses Meta Pixel, a measurement and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms. If that changes, this page is updated to say so.

Nothing is loaded before you agree

When you arrive, the Meta Pixel is not loaded. No Meta code runs and no request is sent to Meta until you accept. If you decline, none is ever sent.

Why it is used, and on what basis

The Meta Pixel is used to measure how this website and our communications perform, and to support advertising measurement. It is used for nothing else. The only basis for it is your consent. If you do not consent it is not used, and no other basis is relied on in its place.

Who receives the data

For this optional tracking, Dreamland sends data directly to Meta. Meta's own processing is governed by its applicable terms and privacy documentation.

Transfers outside your country

Meta operates internationally, so data it receives may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. The safeguards applying to those transfers are Meta's own and are set out in Meta's documentation. Dreamland makes no representation about them on this page.

Your choice, and changing it

You may accept or decline, and either is a complete answer. Declining restricts nothing: every page, document and contact route on this site works the same either way. Cookie settings, at the foot of every page, reopens the choice at any time. Withdrawing takes effect at once: the page reloads and the Meta Pixel is not loaded again. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of anything done while consent stood.

What is stored on your device

Your choice is kept in your browser under a single local storage key, dreamland.consent.v1. It stays on your device, is never sent to Dreamland, and remains until you change your choice or clear your browser storage. If you accept, Meta may then set its own cookies in your browser; those are governed by Meta, not by this page.

Your rights

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and request portability. You may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the country where you live or work. Because the controller is established in Türkiye, the rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law also apply and are exercised through the same address, info@dreamland.com.tr.
