Within the scope of our statutory obligation to inform arising from the Personal Data Protection Legislation, this “Cookie Information Notice and Privacy within the Scope of Website Use” aims to provide transparency regarding the general principles governing the operation of our Website, the types of cookies used, and the personal data processed through such means.

The commitments and principles set forth herein apply solely to DREAMLAND’s own electronic service channels and do not extend to third-party platforms. DREAMLAND shall not be held liable in this respect.

DREAMLAND and/or its employees shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses arising from performance failures, errors, deficiencies, interruptions, delays in operation and/or transmission, computer viruses, line or system failures, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond DREAMLAND’s reasonable control.

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Website, DREAMLAND’s books, records, documents, and electronic logs shall constitute conclusive evidence pursuant to the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and users hereby agree not to object thereto.

KVKK İLGİLİ KİŞİ BAŞVURU FORMU GENEL AÇIKLAMALAR 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nda (“Kanun”) “ilgili kişi” olarak tanımlanan kişisel veri sahiplerine (“Başvuru Sahibi”), Kanun’un 11. maddesinde kişisel verilerinin işlenmesine ilişkin birtakım talepleri veri sorumlularına yöneltme hakkı tanınmıştır. Kanun’un 13. maddesinin birinci fıkrası uyarınca veri sorumlusu olan DREAMLAND GAYRİMENKUL YATIRIM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (VKN: 3131428593) (“DREAMLAND” veya “Şirket”) bu haklara ilişkin olarak yapılacak başvuruların yazılı olarak iletilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu kapsamda haklarınıza ve Kanun’un uygulanmasına ilişkin taleplerinizi; 1. Islak imzalı şekilde “Konacık Mah. Cevahir Sok. Bina 9/B No:10 48800 Bodrum – Muğla” adresine noter kanalıyla, ispat kolaylığı sağlaması açısından takdirinize bağlı olarak iadeli taahhütlü, posta yoluyla veya şahsi başvurunuzla, 2. Tarafınızca Şirket’e bildirilen ve Şirket sistemine kaydedilen e-posta adresini kullanarak info@dreamland.com.tr adresine e-posta göndererek. Bu formun çıktısı olmadan ileteceğiniz başvurularınızda, ad-soyad, imza (yazılı başvurularda), T.C. kimlik numarası (yabancılar için uyruk, pasaport numarası veya varsa kimlik numarası), tebligata esas yerleşim yeri veya işyeri adresi, e-posta adresi, telefon ve faks numarası, talep konusu unsurlarının bulunması “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ” uyarınca zorunludur. Söz konusu unsurları barındırmayan başvurular DREAMLAND tarafından reddedilecek ve/veya geçerli başvuru kanallarına yönlendirilecektir. DREAMLAND’e iletilmiş olan başvurularınız Kanun’un 13. maddesinin 2. fıkrası gereğince, talebin niteliğine göre, talebinizin DREAMLAND’e ulaştığı tarihten itibaren “en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 (otuz) gün içerisinde” yanıtlanacaktır. Şirket’in vermiş olduğu yanıtlar yine Kanun’un 13. maddesi gereğince tarafınıza yazılı veya elektronik ortam üzerinden ulaştırılacaktır. DREAMLAND’in başvuru usullerine ilişkin Kurul kararı veya ileride çıkarılacak yasal düzenlemelere yönelik değişiklik yapma hakkı saklıdır. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu/Kurumu tarafından başkaca başvuru yöntemi belirlenerek duyurusu yapılırsa, DREAMLAND bünyesinde kullanımda olan aydınlatma metinleri bu başvuru yöntemlerini de içerecek şekilde güncellenecektir. Aydınlatma metninde yapılacak değişiklikler ve güncel metin tarafınıza tebliğ edildiği tarih itibarıyla derhal geçerlilik kazanacaktır. İşbu form, DREAMLAND ile olan ilişkinizi tespit ederek, varsa, Şirket tarafından işlenen kişisel verilerinizi eksiksiz olarak belirleyerek, başvurunuza doğru ve kanuni süresinde cevap verilebilmesi için tanzim edilmiştir. Hukuka aykırı ve haksız şekilde veri paylaşımından kaynaklanabilecek hukuki risklerin bertaraf edilmesi ve özellikle kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğinin sağlanması amacıyla, kimlik ve yetki tespiti için DREAMLAND tarafından ek evrak ve malumat (nüfus cüzdanı, pasaport veya sürücü belgesi sureti vb.) talep etme hakkı saklı tutulmaktadır. Form kapsamında iletmiş olduğunuz taleplerinize ilişkin bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olmaması ya da yetkisiz bir başvuru yapılması halinde DREAMLAND, söz konusu yanlış bilgi ya da yetkisiz başvurudan kaynaklı taleplerden dolayı mesuliyet kabul etmemektedir.

 

DATA SUBJECT APPLICATION FORM UNDER THE TURKISH PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)

GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), individuals whose personal data are processed and who are defined as “data subjects” (“Applicant”) are granted the right to submit certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data to data controllers, as regulated under Article 11 of the Law.

In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Law, applications regarding these rights must be submitted in writing to the data controller, DREAMLAND REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (Tax ID No: 3131428593) (“DREAMLAND” or the “Company”).

Within this scope, you may submit your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the Law by one of the following methods:

  1. By sending a written application bearing a wet signature to the address
     Konacık Mah. Cevahir Sok. Bina 9/B No:10 48800 Bodrum – Muğla,
     via a notary public, registered mail with return receipt (at your discretion for evidentiary purposes), postal service, or through personal delivery;
  2. By sending an email to info@dreamland.com.tr using the email address previously notified to and registered in the Company’s systems.

For applications submitted without using this form, the inclusion of the following information is mandatory pursuant to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

  • Name and surname,
  • Signature (for written applications),
  • Turkish ID number (or nationality, passport number, or identification number for foreign nationals),
  • Residential or business address for notification purposes,
  • Email address, telephone number, and fax number,
  • The subject matter of the request.

Applications that do not include the required information may be rejected by DREAMLAND and/or redirected to valid application channels.

Applications submitted to DREAMLAND shall be finalized as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of the Law. Responses provided by the Company shall be delivered to the Applicant in written or electronic form, as stipulated under Article 13 of the Law.

DREAMLAND reserves the right to amend application procedures based on decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board or future legislative regulations. In the event that alternative application methods are announced by the Personal Data Protection Board/Authority, the information notices in force within DREAMLAND shall be updated accordingly to include such methods.

Any amendments made to the information notice shall become effective immediately as of the date they are communicated to the Applicant.

This form has been prepared in order to identify your relationship with DREAMLAND and, where applicable, to accurately determine the personal data processed by the Company, enabling a lawful and timely response to your application. In order to prevent legal risks arising from unlawful or unauthorized data disclosures and to ensure the security of your personal data, DREAMLAND reserves the right to request additional documents and information (such as copies of identity card, passport, or driver’s license) for identity and authorization verification purposes.

In cases where the information provided within the scope of your request is inaccurate, outdated, or where an unauthorized application is submitted, DREAMLAND shall not accept any liability arising from requests based on such incorrect information or unauthorized applications.
