As DREAMLAND REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (“DREAMLAND” or the “Company”) (Tax Identification Number: 3131428593), we attach the utmost importance to the security of your personal data in our capacity as the data controller.

Within this scope, your personal data shared with our call center and collected through semi-automated means, including name and surname under the identity data category, telephone number and e-mail address under the contact data category, and voice recordings under the visual and audio records data category, are processed for the purposes and legal grounds specified below.

Pursuant to Article 8/2(a) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data; the transfer of personal data is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.

 

  1. Rights of the Data Subject

At any time, you may apply to Dreamland to exercise your rights arising from Article 11 of the Law and to submit your requests regarding the implementation of the Law by completing the application form available at www.dreamland.com.tr or obtainable from our Company, or by submitting your request together with the minimum required information through the methods specified below:

By submitting a wet-ink signed application via a notary public, or optionally—at your discretion—by registered mail with return receipt, standard mail, or in-person application, to the address

By sending an e-mail to info@dreamland.com.tr using the e-mail address previously notified by you to the Company and recorded in the Company’s system.

 

Application Requirements

In your application to exercise the rights specified above as a personal data owner, your request must clearly and explicitly state the right you wish to exercise. The subject of your request must be related to you personally, or, if you are acting on behalf of another person, you must submit a special power of attorney notarized for this purpose.

Your application must include the mandatory elements stipulated under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications that do not contain these mandatory elements shall be rejected by Dreamland or directed to the appropriate valid application channels.

Right to Amend

Dreamland reserves the right to make amendments to this information notice at any time due to reasons arising from the Law, secondary legislation, and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.
