At any time, by applying to DREAMLAND, you may exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK, including but not limited to:

By sending an email to info@dreamland.com.tr using the email address previously notified to the Company

Applications must include mandatory information as stipulated under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Incomplete applications may be rejected or redirected.

DREAMLAND reserves the right to amend this Information Notice due to legislative changes, secondary regulations, or decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.

EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the “Information Notice on Marketing Activities & Commercial Electronic Message Delivery”, that I have been clearly informed of my rights under Article 11 of KVKK and how to exercise them, and that I am aware I may withdraw my consent at any time.

Within the scope of the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, I hereby consent to receiving commercial electronic messages via SMS, phone calls, and email for purposes of product and service promotion, advertising, campaigns, and promotions.

I explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data within the scope and purposes specified in the Information Notice.

I explicitly consent to the transfer of my personal data among DREAMLAND affiliates and group companies within the scope and purposes specified in the Information Notice.

Explicit consent shall be obtained by ticking the relevant consent boxes during completion of the “Contact Us” form on DREAMLAND’s website or by confirming the E-Newsletter subscription email. Otherwise, I will not be included in marketing activities, commercial electronic message delivery, or data transfers to affiliates and group companies.
