At any time, you may apply to DREAMLAND and exercise your rights arising from Article 11 of the Law, including:

  1. a) To learn whether your personal data are processed,
    b) If your personal data have been processed, to request information regarding such processing,
    c) To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,
    ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
    d) To request the correction of personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
    e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7,
    f) To request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

You may submit your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the Law by completing the application form available at www.dreamland.com or obtainable from our Company, or by submitting a request containing the minimum required information through one of the following methods:

  • By sending a wet-ink signed application via a notary public, or optionally by registered mail with return receipt, standard mail, or in-person application, to the address

Right to Amend
